Please note that the delivery time varies between 7-15 days to arrive in USA, Ireland, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Australia and Netherlands, 10-30 days to arrive in other countries after dispatch. Since you have purchased an imported product, it is essential to wait for this period.

How to cancel my order?

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel, you must send us the request immediately. If the order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation will not be possible.

I entered the wrong address, what now?

The store is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders. If there is an incorrect or incomplete address, as per the postal service's norms, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.

In this case, it will be necessary to wait up to 60 business days for the return, and cancellation will not be possible during this period.
